Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Sonia Estep Designs Affiliate.  We are excited you want to join us. Remember that when using affiliate links, you are a representation of our brand.  

PEASE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

YOU MAY PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS.

By submitting the online affiliate application you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms and conditions listed below.  

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO ACTIVE TESTERS IN THE SONIA ESTEP DESIGNS TESTER POOL.

Affiliate pay is 10% and is paid on the 1st of the month to affiliate accounts with balances of more than $10.  Accounts with balances of less than $10 can be paid out by direct request to help@soniaestepdesigns.com.  

All promotions using Sonia Estep Designs affiliate links must have affiliate disclosure as required by federal law.  Failure to disclose affiliate links will result in removal from the program. 

Promotions shall be limited to items sewn by each individual affiliate.  Generic promotions that do not include items sewn by the individual affiliate are not permitted.

Any attempt to misuse or abuse affiliate links will result in immediate removal from the program.

We may also remove you from the affiliate program for any of the following:

1. Promotions containing sexually explicit material.
2. Promotions that support or encourage violence.
3. Promotions that support or encourage illegal activities. 
4. Promotions that are in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
5. Promotions that infringe upon copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.
